It seemed that Joyce did not really want to sell her home, so the realtors had to go and check the property to know why. When Joyce first contacted the duo, the older woman told them something pretty surprising and would certainly affect the property’s sale. Joyce hinted that as soon as the realtors went through the front door, they were going to discover something surprising.

At the time, the older woman was 96 years old but in spite of her advanced age, Joyce had good hearing and was lucid. This impressed Carla Spizzirri since talking to her own grandmother involved speaking louder. It was certainly amazing that the 96-year-old woman was in such great shape, but the actual surprise was actually waiting inside her home. The sisters were in for something more incredible.
