From the outside, Joyce’s home did not look very different from other houses on the street. However, the sisters finally saw what the older woman was talking about as soon as they stepped inside the home.

Joyce told the real estate duo that she had been living in her home for seven decades. In those 70 years, she had not had anything done to her house except the kitchen’s remodelling in order to upgrade the room. When the sisters heard this, they started dreading going to the property in order to inspect it. Chances are the house would be in bad shape if it were neglected!
