Having been in real estate for a long time, Carla and Gladys thought they had already seen everything. Since they had dealt with things which would make most people give up, the two thought they were definitely capable of dealing with practically anything. Before getting to Joyce’s home, the realtors were already thinking about some of the possible things they might find there. Some pretty crazy ideas came to their minds but the reality was nothing like they had imagined.

Three years being in real estate helped the sisters become familiar with Toronto pretty well. Clara and Gladys bought and sold many properties in popular neighborhoods within the city. The pair occasionally lucked out and they managed to snag a property with minimal work needed and which practically sold itself even without a lot of help from them. They did not know if Joyce’s home was something like this, but they did not keep their hopes up.
