The house was gorgeous, but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the backyard, which clearly saw some neglect. At some point, the owners installed AstroTurf but the effort to do some landscaping ended there. Even though the backyard was lackluster, Gladys and Carla knew that the property could still go for a great price. The sisters thought they needed to get some inspectors there who could check for any hidden damages and flaws which needed fixing before they started selling the house.

Sometimes, a house looks great but have severe problems which are hidden. There may be a problem with the foundation or the walls have mold. Things like these usually mean a big drop in the price, but the sisters were quite confident this house was perfectly fine. Despite how confident they were, there is still a slight chance that something unexpected will turn up. When inspectors went to the house to do their work, there was another big surprise for everyone.
