On the upside, the sisters thought they were really lucky with the property’s location. The housing prices around the area had been rising for quite some time, and the duo knew the house would fetch a good price. After they said goodbye to Joyce on the phone, the sisters started crunching some numbers in order to have an idea what price they could set for the property. They were pleased that the figure was even higher compared to what they initially thought since this meant profit for their company.

Joyce’s home was in the city’s Old Mill neighborhood, a location that is considered ideal by a lot of Torontonians. The real estate sisters have sold other houses that are in the neighborhood and fetched impressive prices. At the time, however, the two was not aware just how much they could get for Joyce’s house. The sisters did some calculations, and they estimated that the value of the property is $968,000!
