Russia is considered one of the superpower countries not just because of its sustainable cities or low insurance coverage but because of its armed forces unit. All the special military units within the Russian Military system are called the Russian Spetsnaz.

Irish Army Ranger Wing
During the 1980s, Ireland had problems with terrorism and so they established the Irish Army Ranger Wing. This special unit was formed to combat terrorism and its threat. They now have a global goal of helping address the conflicts in different countries all over the world and help with the peace-keeping missions in sustainable cities. The members of this unit come from the Irish Army, Air Force, and Naval Service.
