Tom and Laura were quite young when Prince Charles and Princess Diana got married, and as the small children of Charles’ former love attraction, they still had to deal with cameras and paparazzi, even back then. It was exhausting for both Tom and Laura, but took more of a toll on her.

The paparazzi used to hide out in front of the home of the Parker Bowles family in hopes of catching even the smallest glimpse of them coming or going. Not only this, but they would also follow them through the streets, which, as you know, is pretty similar to how Princess Diana died just a few years later. Understandably, it soon got on their last nerve and they couldn’t handle it anymore.
