The staff spoke to his neighbors who all said the same thing. Kirk was a quiet man who rarely opened his door. He kept to himself and there was no guarantee that if they knocked on the door, he would answer.

One neighbor, in particular, ben Theodoriches, said that he knew Kirk to the extent to know he was skilled with computers and technology. He had even visited his house a few times to help out. Kirk was surely a nice guy, he just preferred to keep to himself.
