It was a typical day for Francesca. Sending off her son to daycare, Kyler carrying the lunchbox she prepared the night before, made with and full of love. Her son got home, and she noticed something strange about his behavior. It felt like he wasn’t himself as he was less talkative than he is. Francesca did not make a big deal out of it and just shrugged it off. She didn’t think that the little note would trigger such a response from her son’s teacher.

Francesca opened the lunchbox. It was only that time that she saw the reply on the note she had written purposely to brighten up her son’s day at the daycare. She could not believe what she read. She kept on rereading those thick black lines and trying to let it sink in her mind. She did not expect it to happen, especially coming from the teacher of her son, who should be the first one to understand her and Kyler’s situation. Twa’s indeed terrible and shocking.
