When the cops finally got there, they were greeted by the sight of a distraught Dermot and a pile of logs. “What exactly is going on here?” an officer asked him in a stern voice. Dermot came up to him with tears rolling down his face. He pointed towards the pile of logs and told them, “Just look over there.”

Confused, the officer walked up to the pile of logs. At the time, they had no idea just what was going on. The cop started to feel uneasy with every step that he took towards it. He did not know why, but the lumber made him feel queasy. After getting closer, he finally saw what made Dermot react like that. We are sure that they felt the same way that this poor hiker did.
