This guy was actually a former officer himself! As we all know, policemen should know the rules better than any other person out there. He enjoyed the job and was good at it. No doubt, he must have been embarrassed to get pulled over by another cop. It was a good thing he had a handle on the situation.

This cop was not up to any trouble. He only liked the BMW better with a darker tint. He did not plan to put up a fight when he found out that it was too dark. It was not that hard to get a lighter tint. The only thing he had to do was to talk to those who put it in.
