We cannot blame them for taking some time to accept the truth. They were both surprised by the chance encounter. Their meeting happened outside the city where they first met, so this was even more amazing. Matthew got to meet the man who helped deliver him and became a cop himself! Incredible.

When a cop pulls over a driver, neither party leaves on a happy note. It was the opposite for them. Michael did not give Matthew the ticket. Instead, the two of them both drove off both shocked and happy. It was truly just like a miracle. They both called their wives after this to narrate what happened.
